HajatElbait app is the electronic platform of HajatElbait supermarket located in Dammam - Saudi Arabia. Customers via this electronic interface will be able to do their shopping from the supermarket without having to leave their places. To access the app, the customer for the first time will need to create an account by entering the mobile number to receive the the authentication passcode and then complete the registration. After logging in the customer can then do the shopping, select the delivery location on Google map, time of delivery and payment method. Currently online payment is not available. The customer will pay cash or via POS devices when the products are delivered. After the purchase request is submitted, it will go to the store to confirm the availability of the products and then either rejected or sent for processing and delivery. The customer can track the request status via the app until the products are delivered.
